I had a nice stay at Lu' Hotel Carbonia. The staff were super friendly and the spa was definitely a highlight for me. However, the breakfast options were a bit repetitive after a few days, and the location was a tad isolated, so I'd recommend renting a car to explore more of beautiful Sardinia.
